Exchange listing review is becoming more evidence-driven. Korea’s Financial Services Commission has discussed tighter best-practice standards around minimum circulation, pre-listing screening, market stability, low-activity assets, unclear utility, and documented deliberation. Existing industry guidelines also emphasize essential Korean-language whitepaper and project information.

A global team should not respond by producing a larger pitch deck. It should build a controlled data room where legal, technical, supply, market, security, and operational facts can be verified and updated.

Organize the room around review questions

Create sections for entity and ownership, team, product and utility, token rights and supply, smart contracts and networks, security, legal analysis, distribution and market operations, treasury, community, incidents, and public links. Add an index, owner, version, and review date.

Use permissioned access for confidential files and a separate approved public pack. Do not email uncontrolled copies of sensitive identity, banking, key, or security material.

  • Entity, ownership, team, and responsible contacts
  • Token rights, utility, supply, allocation, lockups, and circulation
  • Contracts, deployments, privileged roles, audits, and incidents
  • Legal analysis, restrictions, and marketing materials
  • Market operations, liquidity assumptions, treasury, community, and support

Make circulation reproducible

Define total, maximum, issued, circulating, locked, treasury, team, ecosystem, bridged, burned, and market-making amounts. Connect each number to wallets, contracts, vesting schedules, agreements, and a calculation date. Explain exclusions and provider-specific differences.

Create an approval process for unlocks, burns, migrations, bridges, treasury transfers, and market-making changes. Update profile sites and public disclosures from the same register.

Align security, legal, and public status

Identify the exact audited repositories and commits, remediation status, deployed bytecode, upgrade powers, multisigs, oracles, bridges, and emergency controls. State the scope and limits of legal opinions and audit reports accurately. “In review,” “completed,” and “remediated” are different states.

Review the website, whitepaper, KOL briefs, press releases, and community FAQ for claims that conflict with the data room.

Coordinate the application without promising the outcome

BlockPlanet can audit the document gap, structure the data room, prepare Korean and English public materials, support CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko profiles, coordinate security and legal providers, and manage exchange communications or launch operations within the agreed scope.

The exchange owns its review, timing, conditions, and final decision. A credible advisor will define preparation and communication deliverables rather than sell certainty that it cannot control.

Frequently asked questions

Does a complete data room guarantee an exchange listing?

No. It improves readiness and response quality, but every exchange makes an independent decision based on its current rules, risk assessment, market conditions, and business judgment.

Which supply number should we publish?

Use clearly defined and reproducible figures with a calculation date and sources. Providers may use different methodologies, so explain differences rather than forcing inconsistent numbers to match.

Can BlockPlanet submit listing applications?

BlockPlanet can support preparation and coordination where agreed, but scope, exchange channel, fees, required providers, and responsibilities must be confirmed. No listing outcome should be guaranteed.
